Registration
Registration is now open. On line registration is the only possible way to register.
Once you have forwarded the registration form you will receive a confirmation-voucher.
Please print out this confirmation and come to the POLICE registration desk in hall 7 in order to receive your personal badge and documents.
The payment has to be done upon receipt of the invoice sent by the Brussels Exhibition Centre n.p.o.
The deadline for registration is Friday 25th May 2007.
REGISTRATION FEES (IN EUROS)
A. Belgian Participants
165,00 Euros, 21% VAT included
B. Foreign Participants
195,00 Euros, 21% VAT included
C. Students
100,00 Euros, 21% VAT included
The registration fees include:
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch boxes
- Attendance to the conference & workshops
- Personal badge and a case with documentation
- Books (3 books )
- Book with photographs of community policing
- Access to the exposition
CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration is final. After registration, you will receive an invoice in 3 copies with all payment details. A substitute person can be accepted upon prior notice by fax (+32 2 223 99 45) before Friday 1st June 2007. The invoice will still have to be paid within one month after the event even if you or your substitute person does not attend the conference.
LANGUAGES
The official language is English. Nevertheless, simultaneous translation into French and Dutch is foreseen.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your personal records are managed by the npo “Brussels Exhibition Centre” and used for commercial purposes by the sponsors of the GovSec-Law Enforcement-Ready! Expo & Conference event.
