Cancellation
No refund will be given upon cancellation. Substitute persons are accepted upon prior notice. Please consult the programme you wish to attend in order to obtain the specific cancellation regulations.

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate as it deems fit.
• Should there be a need to cancel the event, the Organisers will refund delegates for registration fees paid, but will not be held responsible for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred.
